  • Island Fish Fry – fresh, local fried fish as well as seasonal sides including 'Pilhi' (savoury banana slice), 'Ana' (a special sweet potato mash with local herbs), coconut bread, and delicious coconut pie and cream for dessert. Throw in a beautiful setting and local entertainment means you’re in for a fun evening.
  • Island Life Tour – Spend a full day discovering all there is to know about modern life on a remote island. Visit some of the island’s best sites and finish off the tour with an island-style lunch, complete with a glass of beer, wine or soft drink, of course!

  • Bailey’s Restaurant is located at Governor’s Lodge resort this restaurant serves up modern Australian cuisine in a beautifully restored, historic island home.
  • Hilli Restaurant is one of the island’s leading fine dining restaurants. “Hilli” is a Norfolk expression meaning “disinclined to exertion, relax, take it easy, and unwind”, and with cosy interiors, great service and beautiful food with wine suggestions it lives up to its name.
  • For breakfast pop on down to The Golden Orb Café. Truly a local jaunt, you can find delicious breakfast, lunch, cakes, coffee and speciality teas. Don’t forget to check out the local specials on the blackboard
  • Did you know there’s a winery and brewery on Norfolk Island? For wine lovers visit Two Chimney Wines to sample the local drop. If you’re more into beer head down to Castaway Norfolk Island to try their beers brewed on-site. Hot tip – Friday is pizza night, but you must pre-book!
