Property Description:

Earls Anchorage boasts a tranquil, private and central location with convenient access to the main beaches on either side of the Island and close proximity to many scenic walks. Like an oasis, it is in the midst or subtropical gardens and vegetation, and is surrounded by the famous Lord Howe Island Kentia palms with privacy from neighbours and the road. Each of the six has been purpose designed by Arcoessence Architects to take advantage of the sunny (northern) aspect. All buildings are of eco sustainable design and are free standing (no adjoining walls) for maximum privacy.

Each generously sized bungalow is different with its own characteristics. Every Living/Dining/ Kitchen has a northern aspect to maximise winter warmth, with direct access to a northern outside deck area. Each Living/Dining room has a unique ceiling shape from sweeping vaults to pitched, and we have carefully positioned each building to be separate and achieve a pleasant private outlook, while maintaining a connected 'village feel'. Some bungalows have wheelchair access.

Penthouse (Landfall Tender) - One Bedroom

One Bedroom self-contained bungalow with quality furnishings and fittings. Built in late 2019, this is the most recent development on Lord Howe Island. This bungalow is able to be inter-connected to 2 Bedroom Landfall, making it three bedrooms.

Two Bedroom Bungalow

Two bedroom two bathroom generously sized Bungalow with a deck, kitchenette, lounge & dining room.Each bungalow is different, some more noticeably than others. Living space has a northern aspect to maximise winter warmth, with direct access to a northern outside deck area.

Penthouse (Landfall) - Two Bedroom
