Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Flights departing Port Macquarie operated by Eastern Air Services. Additional ports are available. Flights departing Coolangatta, Newcastle or Port Macquarie operated by Eastern Air Services. Flights departing Sydney operated by Qantas. Flights departing Brisbane or Melbourne are not direct and may require an overnight stay in Sydney, which is not included in the cost. Prices correct as of 19 February 2025. Prices from other cities also available. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Valid for new bookings only. Blackout dates, seasonal surcharges & flight price increases do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cancellation Policy:

● Cancellation for any bookings where travel overlaps or falls between 20 December and 20 January each year: Full deposit is non refundable

● Cancellations more than 60 days prior to travel: $150 cancellation fee, per room applies

● Cancellations 60 days or less prior to travel:100% cancellation fee applies

● No shows:100% cancellation fee applies

Change of Travel Policy:

● A change of travel dates at any time is deemed a cancellation and the new dates as a new booking, so the same cancellation fees apply

● No refund is given in the case of cancelled flights due to aircraft technicities and/or weather disruption on inbound or outbound flights

● No refund is given in the event of non-arrival, early departures, missed nights due to delayed arrivals or for any other reason (including but not limited to - natural disasters, pandemics)

Conditions:

● 3 night minimum stay is required

● 5 night minimum stay is required between 25 December and 05 January each year

● A deposit of one night's accommodation per apartment is required at time of booking
