Cumberland Resort & Spa offers villas designed for comfort and relaxation, with everything you need for a self-contained stay. Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an ensuite spa bathroom with heated towel rails, and indulgent spa baths or massage showers. Not to mention Egyptian cotton towels and 1000 thread count sheets. One bedroom Executive Spa or Romantic Spa Villa: These comfortable villas feature a living room that leads out onto a veranda overlooking lush gardens. The Executive Spa villa is equipped with either a walk-in massage spa shower, or spa bath with six whisper jets and monsoon rain shower above the bath. The Romantic Spa villas have a spa bath with six whisper jets and a separate walk-in massage spa shower.

Two-bedroom Executive Spa or Romantic Spa Villa: The stylish Executive Spa Villas each have king size beds with premium mattress toppers plus ensuites featuring spa baths with six whisper jets, or a walk-in massage spa shower, or both! These rooms are on the ground floor with no stairs. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with Foxtel. The Romantic Spa Villas include everything the Executive Villas have with the addition of ensuites offering both a large romantic spa bath and a walk-in massage spa shower.

Three-bedroom Executive Spa Villa: Located on the ground floor, these villas have three bedrooms with king size beds but there is the option to have these split into two twin beds in each room. There are ensuite bathrooms that have both a spa bath and a massage spa shower or just a walk-in massage spa shower. They also feature leather couches, a large living room, modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and LCD LED TV, CD and DVD players.

Four-bedroom Cumberland Villa: Enjoy this spacious and modern two-storey, four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday house. Set amid tranquil gardens, it is ideal for groups or families seeking a quiet, convenient location in the heart of town. The house offers a wrap-around verandah, private barbecue and large, fully equipped kitchen with a stainless-steel dishwasher. Downstairs you will find two living rooms with leather couches, a large Norfolk Pine dining table and one bedroom with an ensuite. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. There are two Smart TVs in the living room, plus the main bedroom has its own TV. Each bedroom features a king size bed that can be split into twin beds, with the villa sleeping up to eight people.

Five-bedroom Executive Spa Villa This is Norfolk Island's only licensed five-bedroom accommodation with five ensuite spa bathrooms featuring spa baths and massage showers. The villa is perfect for larger groups and families because it consists of three connected ground floor villas and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. This villa has its own private courtyard, barbecue and outdoor seating area.

Five-bedroom White House Experience the ultimate in opulence in this presidential retreat, set on a private hillside with breathtaking panoramic ocean views from all rooms and a massive wrap-around verandah. Consisting of five bedrooms (four with king beds, the fifth with a queen bed) and 3.5 bathrooms, the house has unique features including a Turkish steam sauna, separate Finnish dry sauna (for up to 10 people), an outdoor covered Jacuzzi/spa with uninterrupted spectacular ocean views, private indoor spa bath, and gym equipment. The White House is on two levels but there are no stairs to climb. The property has modern amenities including Smart TVs with Foxtel, an open-plan kitchen with great appliances including a coffee machine, a double garage, and its own laundry with a washer and dryer.

4 Bedroom Cumberland Villa

Cumberland Spa Villa is a luxury, modern and spacious two-storey four bedroom, three bathroom holiday house. The house is set in a tranquil garden setting and is ideal for groups or families seeking a quiet convenient location in the heart of town. There's two living rooms, three leather couches, a large living room with a huge Norfolk Pine table with eight leather dining chairs. One bedroom is downstairs (with en-suite bathroom), the other three bedrooms are upstairs. Enjoy use of two LCD TV's: living room has one 47" flat screen LCD TV, CD & DVD players, the master bedroom also has its own LED TV. The three bathrooms have a bathtub, separate spa bath, heated towel rails, and Egyptian cotton towels. There's a private car port, private free laundry, cathedral ceilings, halogen lighting, private recreation area, wrap-around verandah, and private BBQ. Fully equipped, large kitchen with stone bench-top, stainless steel dishwasher, and every conceivable appliance.

On the ground floor. Villas have 3 bedrooms (with 3 en-suite spa bathrooms) with split king beds. 5 Bedroom White House

This spacious (350 m2) secluded villa sits within 8 acres of rainforest and sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Offering facilities such as a Turkish steam sauna, separate Finnish dry sauna (10 people), outdoor covered Jacuzzi/Spa (up to 8 people) with uninterrupted ocean views, private inside spa bath and gym equipment.

The East Wing is available for larger groups and families, consisting of three connected ground floor villas (An Executive 1 Bedroom Spa Villa plus two Executive 2 Bedroom Spa Villas), sleeping up to 10 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms & 3 living rooms. There's 42" LCD TVs in the living rooms, and most bedrooms have their own wall-mounted LED TV (with DVD & PVR). The 5 Bedroom Executive Spa Villa has its own private courtyard, BBQ and outdoor seating areas.
