Room Description:The newest addition to the Broad Leaf property, the One Bedroom Deluxe Villa provides stunning views over the valley and is equipped with new bathroom and kitchen facilities.

The One Bedroom Deluxe Villa offers a relaxing retreat with a private balcony, courtyard and barbecue facilities, complete with outdoor furniture –a great spot to unwind after a day exploring Norfolk Island’s many attractions. Inside, you’ll find standard comforts including a ceiling fan, gas heater, TV, hair dryer and ironing facilities.

Terms and conditions

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Departures from Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart & Perth may require an overnight stay in Brisbane or Sydney, and this is not included in the advertised price. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices correct as of 24 FEB 26. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates, seasonal surcharges & flight price increases do apply as availability becomes limited. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Policy:

● More than 30 days prior to arrival:No cancellation fees

● Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fees

● 15 days or less prior to arrival:100% cancellation fees

Special Cancellations:

Bookings staying the night of 25 December & 1 January, or special events and group bookings (3 or more in the same period) and held for 5 working days or more:

● Between 90 and 31 days prior to arrival:50% cancellation fees

● 30 days or less prior to arrival:100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Minimum 7 nights

● Valid for travel from 1 June to 31 August 2026
