Event Details:

Norfolk Island and lawn bowls go hand in hand. Each year, bowlers from near and far join the descendants of the Bounty mutineers to compete in the much-loved Bounty Fours Bowls Tournament a signature event on the island’s sporting calendar.

This open fours competition welcomes men’s, women’s, and mixed teams, and is a highlight among several tournaments hosted by the Norfolk Island Bowling Club throughout the year. With a mild climate and greens open year-round, Norfolk has become a favourite destination for keen bowlers seeking both competition and relaxation.

Beyond the bowls, visitors can enjoy a holiday. Tours, shopping, and attractions are easily explored between games. The club’s central location means shops, cafés, and island touring are all within walking distance, as is a wide range of accommodation. After a day on the green, players can unwind at the Club’s bar and bistro.

Entry fee: AUD$500 per team
Registration costs are not included in your travel package and should be paid separately - direct to the Norfolk Island Bowling Club no later than 5 April 2027.

• Open format - teams can be men, women or mixed

• Traditional two-bowl fours - complete Team entries, please. (Finding an extra player or two can be is difficult)

Number of ends in qualifying rounds is dependent upon entries and is at the discretion of the overseas committee of the Norfolk Island Bowling Club & Bowls Council, Inc.
