Tour Itinerary:
This morning be transported to Kingston, for the re-enactment of the landing of the Pitcairn settlers on Norfolk Island. Watch Bounty descendants dressed in traditional garb enact this landing in an old longboat. See the parade to the cemetery to lay wreathes in memory of ancestors gone. Hear the traditional hymns sung by family members old and young then afterward refresh yourself with morning tea served by contrast by the convict ruins. After official grace it’s time to feast in the true Norfolk style. A huge spread of meats, fish, salads, roast veggies and traditional bread served with wine and orange juice, and followed by a spread of Island desserts.
