Treehouse suites: Our famous, two-story, oceanview Treehouse Building has long been a favourite, providing spacious accommodation served up with breathtaking views. With its jungle and treetop entrance, the distinctively stylish suites feature slate and hardwood floors, Polynesian decor, air-conditioning, and expansive decks with comfortable loungers and private hammocks. The spacious bedroom features bamboo four-poster beds - either a king size bed or one double bed and one single bed. The uniquely styled bathrooms feature beautiful Quartzite stone floors and walls, and a two-person bathtub with shower - and an amazing view!

One Bedroom Beach Fales: Three individual, thatched roof, air-conditioned Beach Fales are located directly on the sandy beach, just steps from the water’s edge.  A large indoor sitting area with tropical island decor opens to a spacious covered terrace boasting amazing views.  The elevated split-level bedroom features a king size bed.  

Two Bedroom Beach Fales: Two individual fales featuring two separate bedrooms with a king bed and twin beds in the second room. With open-air bathrooms, lava-rock walls and a sunken shower beneath a private ‘waterfall’ shower. 

Royal Villas: This complex of three Villas is comprised of two 1-story Villas (Villa Pule and Villa Ali’i) flanking an immense, 2-story central Villa (Villa Matai).
The two flanking Villas each total over 600 square feet of spacious island living. A large bedroom with walk-in closet features a king size bed, and opens to a comfortable sitting room and a writing alcove. The large open-air style bathroom comes complete with Coconuts’ famous lava rock ‘waterfall’ shower. These Villas, while private, may be booked individually or as an entire suite of Villas. The Villas are perfect for guests seeking luxurious and spacious accommodation and are ideal for families or larger groups. This is the ultimate in Samoan style and luxury!

Over Water Fales: Samoa's only Overwater Fales, these six Fales are unique in design and fully embrace the seamless indoor/outdoor living experience so popular throughout Samoa. Each Fale boasts amazing views of the beaches, lagoon, and ocean, and boast simply breathtaking sunset vistas and has an expansive sun deck, sun loungers, and comfy furniture.
