Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cancellation Policy for Return to Paradise Resort & Spa
November 12, 2025 - November 12, 2035
Cancellation Policy:
● Once paid fees will apply. Full details will be advised at time of quote
Special Conditions:
The couple must provide an original certified copy of their:
1) Birth Certificates
2) Passports
3) Decree of Absolute (if either one has been married before)
4) Death Certificate of spouse if either one has been widowed
5) Completed & signed "intent to marry form"
Fax copies of these documents as well as a completed Intent to Marry form should be lodged wiht the Ministry of Justice at least 14 days prior to your arrival (bring originals with you). You will also need to be in Samoa for a few days before your intended date of marriage. A small fee is also payable to the Ministry of Justice in Apia. All documentation should be in English and clear to read.
