Conditions:

  • Wedding Packages prices are conditional on a minimum 3 night stay at Taumeasina Island Resort
  • Prices are valid for ceremonies held during business hours - surcharges apply for ceremonies held on weekends and public holidays
  • Deposit of 50% of the wedding package is required to secure the wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable once inside 3 months of wedding date

Legal Requirements must be reviewed for marriages in Samoa prior to booking this package.

Terms and conditions

Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. ABN 61 087 521 355.

Cancellation Policy for Taumeasina Island Resort

December 3, 2025 - December 3, 2035

Cancellation Policy:
More than 91 days prior to travel: 50% deposit is refundable
Less than 90 days prior to travel:100% cancellation fee

Conditions:

● Package prices for the Wedding Packages are conditional on a minimum 3 night stay at Taumeasina Island Resort.

● The resort only accepts one wedding each day

● Prices are valid for ceremonies conducted during business hours - surcharges apply for ceremonies conducted on weekends and public holidays

● Wedding ceremony bookings are conditional upon meeting the terms and conditions of the local authority for registration of marriages

● Once a ceremony date and time are booked the following documentation is required - Confirmation of Wedding Booking Form, 'Notice of Intended Marriage' form, birth certificates and passports for the Bride and Groom, Decree Nisi or Death Certificate for previous marriages

● Deposit of 50% of the wedding package is required to secure the wedding date. This deposit is non refundable once inside 3 months of wedding date.
