Cocolini's by the Sea: Traditional Samoa style open-air oceanfront restaurant at Le Vasa Resort serving delicious South Pacific Mediterranean cuisine featuring the freshest seafood prepared to reflect the natural diversity, rich ingredients and regional produce of Samoa. Cocolini's by the Sea features a traditional Samoan interior, exposed beams, thatched roof and hand carved polmuli logs, each featuring distinct aspects of Samoan life and culture. Our tables are some of the most sought-after on the island, due to the expansive ocean views, soft breezes and amazing sunsets.

The Ugly Mermaid Bar: Le Vasa Resort's ocean view full bar. We once hired an artist to carve a beautiful mermaid out of the center post in the bar, we gave him a picture to follow ...a whimsical mermaid with flowing hair, magical features, a fantasy come reality to spellbind people and entice them into drinking exotic tropical cocktails. Low and behold the mermaid was finished and she was so totally and utterly unattractive that we had no choice but to call her the Ugly Mermaid. The Ugly Mermaid Bar is adjacent to our Oceanfront Restaurant and despite the name is an inviting setting in which to sip your favourite cocktail by the pool, and to dine on lighter al fresco fare or enjoy one of our wines.
