Beachfront Bungalow at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort (Adults Only)
The Beachfront Bungalows sit right on the white sands of Akitua Private Island with views across the translucent aqua waters of the O’otu (Full Moon) Channel and Aitutaki Lagoon, and the main island of Aitutaki with its rustling palm trees. Each bungalow features a Polynesian-style outdoor shower, king size bed and private balcony.
Beachfront Room at The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium
The Beachfront Rooms are located on absolute beachfront, enjoying views across the white sandy beach and crystal-clear blue lagoon, as well as beautiful views of the island’s stunning tropical sunsets, due to The Rarotongan’s prime location on the island’s sunshine and sunset coast, on Rarotonga’s stunning southwest shores. The Beachfront Rooms offer the full range of our standard features and services, and are located in our 300 village at the western end of Aroa Beach. Half of these standard guest rooms are on ground level, the other half are on a second storey. Which one is better depends on whether you prefer direct access to the beach from your verandah, or a vaulted ceiling and views across the beach and lagoon from your upper-storey deck. Whatever the case, if a room with a view is important to you –and what a view! –then one of our Beachfront Rooms is ideal.

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Jetstar on select days of the week and based on light/saver fares unless otherwise stated, additional luggage costs may apply. Prices correct as of 09 Oct 2025.
