Our spacious Garden Rooms are set amongst the Edgewater Resort’s 6 acres of beautiful lush gardens, yet are also just 50m from the picturesque beach area. Garden Rooms boast charm, modern convenience and comfort, together with Polynesian style and our full range of standard features and services. The majority of Garden Rooms at our Rarotonga hotel offer an interconnecting room option, making them a great choice for families holidaying in the Cook Islands.

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Jetstar on select days of the week and based on light/saver fares unless otherwise stated, additional luggage costs may apply. Prices correct as of 18 Dec 2025. Cancellation Policy for The Edgewater Resort & Spa

December 31, 2025 - December 31, 2035

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to travel:No cancellation fee applies

● 10 days or less prior to travel or no show:100% cancellation fee will apply

Conditions:

● Valid for new bookings only

● Cannot be combined with any other offers

● Minimum 5 night stay required for the Bonus Inclusions

● An extra single bed can be added where there are two children under 12 booked.

● Portable cots are available free of charge on request, to a maximum of 1 cot per room, but cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.

● Early Check-in & Late checkout are on request basis & subject to availability.

● A credit card pre-authorisation for the amount of $500 per stay is required on check in. The hold can be up to 30 days depending on the credit card company. If you do not have a credit card you will need to put down a cash deposit and any unused funds will be refunded at check-out.
