Conditions:
- In order for the Personal Wedding Co-ordinator to best assist with arrangements, the Bride & Groom are required to be staying at the resort for a minimum total of 3 nights.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a wedding package.
Legal Requirements must be reviewed for marriages in The Cook Islands prior to booking this package.

Terms and conditions
Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a wedding package. Cancellation Policy for Manuia Beach Resort
February 1, 2026 - February 1, 2036
Cancellations:
● Cancellations made more than 91 days prior to the wedding date:25% deposit
● Cancellations made 61 - 90 days prior to the wedding date:50% deposit
● Cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to the wedding date:75% canellation fee
● Cancellations made 0 - 29 days prior to the wedding date:100% cancellation fee
● Postponement of wedding is subject to a postponement fee 50% cancellation fee
Conditions:
The Cook Islands has a very relaxed policy that allows international travellers to marry legally, only requiring the couple to reside for three (3) full days (not including the day of application) in Rarotonga, prior to the ceremony. The wedding couple must have the following in English:
● Birth Certificates
● Passports
● Decree Absolute (Divorce papers) if either party have been married previously
● Death Certificate of deceased for spouse (if widowed)
● If the either party is under 20 years of age, written approval to marry is required by their parents
● For extra wedding services please contact the Wedding Co-ordinator directly.
