Room Description:These guest rooms rooms are excellent for travelers who appreciate a simple yet charmingly refined setting. Equipped with all the essentials, including tea & coffee amenties, Air conditioning, mini refridge, this massive studio accommodation will leave you recharged for another day.
Lagoon Water Fale at Le Vasa Resort
Open plan, private lagoon & oceanfront bungalow equipped with ensuite tile bathroom, wood floors, King or Queen bed + bunk bed or trundle bed, ceiling fans, separate mini-kitchenette, no-cooking facilities mini-bar on request, bar fridge, electric Jug, water filter and a private over the water balcony.
Seaview Room at Seaview Lodge
The Seaview Room is the room for those wanting the best views at the property. The private balcony offers ocean views and a quiet place to just sit, relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious and feature a tropical decor with dark wood finishes. They also feature a private bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities.

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Fiji Airways via Nadi on select days of the week. Flights may arrive early in Apia before hotel check-in so please consider pre-booking early check-in or the previous nights’ stay. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Cancellations:
● More than 11 days prior to arrival:No fees
● Between 10 - 2 days prior to arrival: 2 nights cancellation fee plus all taxes
● Less than 48hrs prior to arrival or no show:Full fees apply
Cancellation Policy for Le Vasa Resort
January 1, 2026 - January 1, 2036
Cancellation Policy:
● More than 31 days prior to travel: 50% cancellation fees
● Between 30-22 days prior to travel:75% cancellation fees
● 21 days or less prior to travel or no shows:100% cancellation fees
Conditions:
● Valid for new bookings only
● Cannot be combined with any other offers
● Minimum 4 night stay is required 01 April - 31 May, 01 November - 22 December & 11 January - 31 March each year
● Minimum 5 night stay is required 01 June - 31 October & 23 December - 10 January each year
● Due to accessibility to water of oceanfront fales and non-fenced pool and no lifeguards, guests with children must be aware of them at all times. The resort will not be held responsible for their safety.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
● More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
● Between 7 and 5 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee
● Between 4 and 2 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
● 2 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees
