Conditions:

  • Minimum group size of 20 guests is required. The maximum group size at Castaway Island Fiji is 25 bures/60 people. All wedding guests must purchase accommodation for a minimum of 2 nights and all guests must stay on island to attend the wedding.
  • No refund is provided for unused package components.
  • No show and early departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of full wedding arrangements or at the Resort’s discretion. There will be no refund on early departure except in the case of emergency and subject to the Resort’s decision.
  • Cancellations within 45 days of the wedding will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cancellation Policy for Castaway Island, Fiji

Cancellation Policy:

More than 61 days prior to travel:   No cancellation fee
Between 60-46 days prior to travel:  50% cancellation fee

Less than 45 days prior to travel or no show: 100% cancellation fees apply

Conditions:

Required Wedding Registration Documents to be lodged 60 days (2 months) prior your wedding date to be valid. These forms needs to be submitted to the resort 30 days prior.

● Signed and stamped copy of Special Application License Form (Signed by wedding couple and certified using a stamp by a JP/Registered Doctor/Lawyer or Pharmacist. This form will be forwarded to you by your resort wedding planner)

● Copy of the Single Status Certificate or Certificate of Search or Certificate of no Legal Impediment from your BDM office of your current residence. The search of marriage has to be from 18 years of age. Please lodge this at your BDM office 60 days (2 months) prior to the wedding date.

● Certified copy of birth certificate

● Certified copy of Passport

● Certified copy of Divorce and Death certificate if either one or both party were previously married

● Photo ID of Witnesses of the wedding ceremony (Passport & Driver’s license)

● Couples under 21 years of age are required to produce a consent document signed by a parent
