Cancellation:

● Between 30 and 15 days of arrival:  1 night cancellation fee

● Between 14 and 8 days of arrival:  50% of nights booked

● Between 7 days and arrival:   100% cancellation fee

● No show or days not used:   100% cancellation fee

Note:

● Should a booking be made within a month of travel, any cancellation received after 7 days of booking made, full cancellation charges will apply.

Marriage under Fijian law involves two parts:

● 

The Registration: The resort will require completed application of special license form, certified copies of birth certificate and passport documents of both the parties sent through one month prior to the wedding date.

● The Ceremony: A religious ceremony to be held within the grounds of the resort (including the beach) or in the Bure Ni Loloma Chapel.
 Wedding Availablity: Weddings dates are not confirmed until deposit is received. Weddings are not available 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31 December or 1 January. Please ask for full terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

● All special application liscense forms must be TYPED IN BLOCK LETTERS - no handwritten forms will be accepted

● Signatures can be made after all information is completed on the above section of the licence form

● Wedding Registration document must be submitted to your wedding co-ordinator 30 days prior to the wedding date for processing. Once the documents are submitted you will not be required to attend the registry office upon your arrival in Fiji

● Scanned copies are required to be sent to the resort and sighted by your wedding co-ordinator

● Single Status Certificate or Certificate of Search of No Legal Impediment is required for non-resident marrying in Fiji, non-resident marrying a local, former citizens of Fiji with 2 years & above residency abroad

● Statutory Declaration required for former citizens of Fiji & citizens of Fiji on work visa living abroad for less than 2 years

Please note that special conditions apply to certain Nationals and details are outlined in a separate Wedding Package

document. Couples under 21 years of age are required to produce a consent document signed by a parent. We strongly

recommend that as these guidelines are set by the Fiji Government, the wholesaler does need to double check all requirements.

Tourism Fiji should also be used as a point of reference on pre wedding requirements too. The resort is not liable for any
incorrect information in relation to proposed marriages in Fiji.
