Cancellation Policy:

● More than 35 days prior to travel:No cancellation fee

● Between 34-22 days prior to travel:50% cancellation fee

● Less than 21 days prior to travel or no show:100% cancellation fee

Conditions:Application for Marriage License

Overseas visitors intending to get married in Fiji are required by law to obtain and sign a marriage license of their choice from a nearest marriage registry prior to the marriage ceremony. It is important that the marriage parties must forward photocopies of their personal documents to the Registry for verification purpose at least two weeks before the wedding, and arrive 36 hours before their wedding. Original (Personal) documents are to be presented to the Registry by the party on arrival.

● Original or certified copy of birth certificates

● Passport

● Divorce and Death certificate if either one or both party were previously married

● Decree Absolute documents if divorce;

● Death certificates if spouse dies

● Notice of intended marriage

● Confirmatory letter on current marital status to be obtained from marriage registry where the applicant resides or statutory declaration signed by a Justice of Peace or Notary Public or Solicitor to prove that he/she has not entered into a marriage before (this declaration applies to first or second marriage.

● Consent of the father if under the age of 21 years or mother is father is deceased. Valid marriages ages in Fiji are 16 years and above for female and 18 years and above for male.

● Name of two witnesses who are 21 years of age.
As you're legally married in Fiji your marriage is also legal here in Australia, all you will need to do is charge your name with Births Deaths and Marriage.
