Online Check:

● South Sea Cruises offers an online check-in facility that allows you to check in 24 hours prior to your travel and go directly to the wristband collection at Port Denarau. To check in online, click here

● Enter your Booking Party name (either first or last name) and your South Sea Cruises booking reference, then click Continue

● Once logged in, click the Check-in button to complete your online check-in

● Please have your South Sea Cruises booking confirmation with your unique QR code ready to scan each time you board

● If needed, log in to the Manage Your Booking portal again and click Show Ticket to access it on your phone

Arriving & Boarding at Port Denarau: Day Trips

● Proceed to the South Sea Cruises check-in area at the rear of the terminal to collect your wristband

● Look for the “Wristband Collection”signage - a staff member will assist you with your wristband

● Please remain in the vicinity of the terminal area for boarding announcements

● Refer to your confirmation for your vessel’s departure time

● Have your South Sea Cruises confirmation with the QR code ready (either on your phone or printed)

● Once boarding is announced, proceed to the gangway where the staff will scan your QR code to allow boarding
