Atiu Villas are unique chalet style villas made almost entirely of local native timbers and materials and feature the polished woods of mango, coconut, red peanut, acacia, cedar, Java plum and many other tropical trees. Each villa has a private verandah, cooking facilities, separate bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and a feature not often seen elsewhere, a fully stocked larder.

Standard Unit

This villa offers a queen and single bed in a studio arrangement with kitchen and a verandah and with furniture and tropical garden views. It features a fully stocked food cupboard with bread, eggs, cheese, canned goods and more. The bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer is available upon request.

Atiu Villas are unique in that the chalet style villas are made almost entirely of local native timbers and materials and feature the polished woods of mango, coconut, red peanut, acacia, cedar, Java plum and many other tropical trees. Each villa has a private verandah, cooking facilities, separate bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and a feature not often seen elsewhere, a fully stocked larder which guests can use and pay for what they use on departure. The larders are well-stocked with dairy food, beverages, packaged and tinned food.
