Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Air Tahiti Nui via Auckland on select days of the week. Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours. Maitai Express Tahiti based on 90-day early bird pricing. Not included in package price: Ninamu Resort – compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. Cancellation Policy:

● More than 10 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 21 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 20 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 90 days prior to the arrival date

Cancellation Policy for Ninamu Resort

January 12, 2026 - January 12, 2036

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 32 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● Within 31 days of arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Minimum 2 night stay required

● This price excludes Compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out
