Room Description:Perched above the turquoise waters of Bora Bora Lagoon, the 1 Bedroom Overwater Royal Suite Villas offer an exceptional blend of luxury, privacy and breathtaking views of Mt. Otemanu. Each villa features one of the largest suspended private pools over a lagoon in the South Pacific. Inside, the spacious villa is elegantly appointed with a separate lounge and bedroom, complemented by a generous ensuite bathroom. Glass viewing panels throughout the villa—including the bathroom, lounge and bedroom—provide mesmerising views of the crystal-clear lagoon below. The expansive outdoor terrace is designed for relaxation and entertaining, featuring a private dining gazebo, sunloungers, a spectacular private pool and direct access to the lagoon.

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Air Tahiti Nu on the direct flight from Sydney, on select days of the week. Transit connections are required in Sydney when flying from Brisbane/Melbourne or other Australian cities. These may include an overnight stay due to connections and is not included in the price. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited..
