Conditions:
- No refund is provided for unused package components.
- No show and early departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of full wedding arrangements or at the Resort’s discretion. There will be no refund on early departure except in the case of emergency and subject to the Resort’s decision.
- Cancellations within 45 days of the wedding will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Legal Requirements in Fiji
- Required Wedding Registration Documents to be lodged 60 days (2 months) prior your wedding date to be valid. These forms needs to be submitted to the resort 30 days prior.
- Signed and stamped copy of Special Application License Form (Signed by wedding couple and certified using a stamp by a JP/Registered Doctor/Lawyer or Pharmacist. This form will be forwarded to you by your resort wedding planner)
- Copy of the Single Status Certificate or Certificate of Search or Certificate of no Legal Impediment from your BDM office of your current residence. The search of marriage has to be from 18 years of age. Please lodge this at your BDM office 60 days (2 months) prior to the wedding date.
- Certified copy of birth certificate
- Certified copy of Passport
- Certified copy of Divorce and Death certificate if either one or both party were previously married
- Photo ID of Witnesses of the wedding ceremony (Passport & Driver’s license)
- Couples under 21 years of age are required to produce a consent document signed by a parent

Marriage under Fijian law involves two parts:
1. The first part is the registration of the intent to marry with the Nadi Registry office. It is important to note both bride and groom will need to present an original or certified copy of their respective birth certificates as well as their passports. If either party were previously married, a copy of the divorce papers or death certificate of the former spouse must also be presented. If either party was married within the last five years, a Certificate of Single Status may be required and you are advised to check with the island directly well prior to your intended arrival date in this regard.
2. The second part is a formal ceremony to be held on Castaway. Usually the ceremony takes place prior to sunset on our white sand beach. The minister or celebrant will be available prior to the wedding to discuss the wording to be used in the ceremony.
