Handy to the pool & restaurant, these large spacious luxurious villas feature air conditioning, open air outdoor rock wall shower, hair dryer, two closets with ironing facilities (on request), mini refrigerator, kettle with complimentary coffee & tea, private patio with poolside and garden views.
Garden View Room - C at Return to Paradise Resort & Spa
Garden Breeze rooms are spacious and comfortable. Located at the rear of the property enjoy 35sqm of space, a private balcony with seating, ensuite bathroom, cable TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Prices are per person, solo traveller, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Fiji Airways via Nadi on select days of the week. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. Prices correct as of 30 September 2025. Flights may arrive early in Apia before hotel check-in so please consider pre-booking early check-in or the previous nights’ stay. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. All drivers require a Samoan Temporal License which is payable direct & approximately $21 AUD. Airport pick up & drop off fees apply & are payable direct. Cash is required at fuel stations. Cancellation Policy for Amoa Resort
April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026
Cancellation Policy:● 91 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
● Between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
● 44 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Conditions:
● Minimum 2 night stay year round except for 23 December - 07 January which is a 3 night minimum
● If booked more than 91 days prior to travel, 20% deposit required within 7 days
● If booked within 90 days prior to travel full payment is required
Cancellation Policy for Return to Paradise Resort & Spa
November 12, 2025 - November 12, 2035
Cancellation Policy:
● More than 31 days prior to travel: No cancellation fees
● Between 15 - 30 days prior to travel: 10% cancellation fee
● Between 8 - 14 days prior to travel: 50% cancellation fee
● Less than 7 days from travel or no shows 100% cancellation fee
