1 Bedroom Beach House at Uepi Island Resort
Located right on the water's edge overlooking Marovo Lagoon, your Beach House features a spacious sitting area, a kitchenette with fridge, complementary tea & French press coffee plus freshly baked cookies, a seperate bathroom and spacious walk through robe. Perfect for couples or friends travelling together, there is also a private deck complete with hammock to take in the tropical views. Meticulously designed to combine comfort, style and functionality, the Beach House offers the perfect retreat for your holiday.
Terms and conditions
Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Solomon Airlines direct from Brisbane on select days of the week. Departures ex Sydney and Melbourne are via Brisbane and may require an overnight stay which is not included in package price. Price is correct at 10 December 2025. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. Cancellation Policy for Uepi Island Resort

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
● More than 60 days prior to arrival: Loss of 20% Deposit
● 60 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees
Please note:
● Must send amendment/Cancellations to info@uepi.com
● Amendments involving a significant reduction of length of stay within 59 days of arrival date will be treated as a
● cancellation
● Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and applicable fees will be charged
● Minimum 3 night stay required
● For stays 18 - 25 April & 19 - 31 December a minimum 7 night stay is required
● A non refundable 20% deposit is due at time of booking
● Children are not permitted in this room
