Coast Norfolk Island

The studio apartment has an open layout with a queen size bed, lounge and dining area. The kitchen features a cooktop and microwave convection oven, fridge and fully self contained facilities. The studio has a flatscreen television, DVD player and sound system. The private entrance has lush palms and opens onto a deck with an outdoor setting to relax with views across the property, hills and a glimpse of the ocean. The apartment has access to the guest laundry with washing machine and dryer; here there are beach towels, snorkelling gear, picnic baskets , golf clubs and fishing gear for guest use.

The Garden Cottage overlooks the property and lush hills to the mountains. This private cottage opens into a large living and dining area with full kitchen facilities including a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The living area features comfortable lounges, a flat screen TV, DVD library and gas heater. The lounge has wide opening doors that lead to a large verandah and garden area, and the large bedroom with bath opens into a courtyard. For larger parties, a side gate can join the Studio Apartment. This garden settings means alfresco dining or breakfast out on the deck.

Each One bedroom Apartment has ocean views from its private deck over the lush green hills to the Pacific Ocean. These self contained apartments have a full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, stovetop and microwave. There's aomfortable split single or king size bed with a choice of pillows and fluffy blankets. The bathroom has a rain shower, hair dryer and complimentary welcome toiletries. Lounge area has television, DVD player with a library of movies and a gas heater for those cooler months. Coast has one Two Bedroom Apartment. The apartment has a wide front deck that looks across the lush hills and down to the Pacific Ocean. The bedrooms feature a comfortable king split single or king bed bed with a choice of pillow and blankets, and an en suite with a shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Enjoy direct access onto the deck from the bedrooms. The spacious, open plan lounge and dining area features comfortable lounges, a flat screen television and sound system, gas heater and fans. The kitchen is fully self contained with stovetop, oven, microwave and full fridge. Guest have access to “The Boathouse”with private barbecue area, guest library, DVD library, wood fired heater, and games. Coast has Three Niau One Bedroom Cottages which have a full deck that looks through the Norfolk pine trees to the ocean. The bedroom features a king size bed or king split singles, comfortable pillow choices and blankets. Wide doors open onto the verandah. The bathroom features a shower, heated towel racks, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries . The living area includes large comfortable lounges with a flat screen television, DVD library and an open dining area with table and chairs. The full kitchen provides a stovetop, oven, microwave and full fridge with everything you need for that perfect holiday. Niau Cottages have their own laundry facilities with a washing machine and access to the guest laundry facilities with dryer, beach towels, snorkelling gear, umbrellas and picnic baskets. Enjoy the private entrance and driveway while still being close to the saltwater swimming pool and on-site Day Spa.

The Rahooloo two bedroom Loft House is a two storied, two bedroom house with breathtaking views through the valley to the Ocean. Rahooloo features tall soaring cathedral ceilings with the top level bedroom at tree level where you can see swooping terns and migrating sea birds. The loft also features a lounge and toilet. Downstairs is the main bedroom with large king bed and full bathroom featuring shower and bath, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rahooloo has a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave and fridge. The large living area has flat screen television, DVD player with library, sound system large, and dining setting. Rahooloo has its own laundry facilities with a washing machine and access to the guest laundry facilities where there's a dryer. The House has beach towels, snorkelling gear, umbrellas, picnic baskets and everything that will make your stay a perfect one. Rahooloo has an open deck in the front with lounges and cafe table. The rear courtyard has a barbecue and outdoor seating for the perfect lunch or alfresco dinner

Routi House is the perfect Pacific-style, beach house to explore Norfolk Island. There's two bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, bath, shower, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and wide opening doors leading to the deck with private views over the property through the pines to the Pacific Ocean. Routi House has high cathedral ceilings and an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area creating a spacious escape. Full kitchen facilities include a large fridge, stovetop, oven and microwave with a bar bench and dining area. Guests at Routi have a private barbecue, two outside eating areas - the perfect spots to enjoy a meal with views to the ocean. The living area at Routi features large comfortable lounges, a flat screen television with DVD and movie library, and sound system. Guests have their own laundry with washing machine in the house and access to the guest laundry facilities with a dryer, picnic baskets, beach mats, snorkelling gear and beach towels, a games library.
