Lauiula is located on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Lano village on the northern side of Savaii Island, and is owned and operated by a local family. The reef is about 500 m away and the lagoon is suitable for swimming, snorkeling and canoeing at low and high tide. The resort is located to both sides of the road.

There are 12 Beach Fales with shared bathroom and toilet facilities. There are also open showers on the beach.

Open Beachfront Fale with Lockable Room: There is only 1 beach front open fale with attached lockable room and double bed. The fale has mosquito netting.
