Mystic Sands Resort

Mystic Sands is located on the outer island of Vava'u, famous for it's coral gardens, deserted beaches and crystal clear lagoons. The warm waters of Vava'u is also where you will come face to face with Humpback whales from June to November! 

Located right on its own private beach and surrounded by tropical gardens,  Mystic Sands offers just 8 rooms for a secluded, relaxing vacation. Meals can be catered for by the property, you can cook for yourself in your room's kitchen or you can dine out in the local restaurants, the options are all there to make your holiday special. Great snorkelling can be found straight off the private beach, make use of the complimentary kayaks and explore the surrounding waters or just relax poolside. There are plenty of activities are available. Families are welcome and the property is very kid friendly.

Beachfront Room: The relaxed motel style accommodation of Mystic Sands is the perfect place to come and enjoy the tropical sun, sand and amazing clear blue waters on offer in Tonga. The beachfront rooms face the private beach and pool and have their own private deck with table and chairs for relaxing and admiring the view. The rooms feature a bright tropical decor and have kitchenette facilities -  fridge/freezer, microwave and two burner cook top for those wanting to prepare their own meals.There are 4 rooms of this type. 

Ocean View Room: The 'Family Unit' as the Ocean View Room is more commonly known is perfect for familes or groups of friends. It features a seperate bedroom and living space, with this living space able to accommodate two extra beds. There is also a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee plunger, two burner cook top and electric kettle. 
There is just one of this room type and altough not on  the beach itself it does offer ocean views on account of it being located on the second story and therefore overlooking the beach and the waterway leading into Neiafu harbour. The room is private and has its own veranda with table and chairs. 

Garden Room with Ocean View: One of the newest rooms at Mystic Sands, the Garden Room is situated within the tropical gardens of the property but is unique in that it still offers views of the ocean from its private deck. The beach is just a short stroll making this room type ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach but still have seclusion from other guests.
The rooms feature a bright tropical decor and have kitchenette facilities -  fridge/freezer, microwave and two burner cook top for those wanting to prepare their own meals, plus table, chairs and sun loungers on the deck.

Waterfront House: The Waterfront House is spacious and ideal for families and friends travelling together. It features two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a full sized kitchen and a seperate living area that can accommodate extra bedding if required. The house is in a private setting with great views over the waterway leading into Neiafu Township from its massive veranda.
 

Dining:

There is no restaurant on site but the property is happy to prepare any meals on request. Meals will be served on your private verandah or in the over water fale.
