There are 12 villas in the property decorated in relaxing coastal hues. There are two accommodation types with all villas offering some level of ocean view.

Ocean-View Villa: These 10 villas surround the ocean water lagoon pool in the centre of the property. The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the lower level, with the bedroom accessed by an internal staircase to the upper level. It is the upper level that offers pool and ocean views.
Ocean-Front Villa: There are only 2 of this villa type within the property, located directly facing towards the beach. It has the same two-storey layout as the Ocean-View Villas but features uninterrupted sea views from the upper level.
