Down a country lane, Poinciana Cottages is a peaceful retreat on the edge of town, with rolling valley and mountain views, as well as leafy tropical gardens. The cottages are close to all amenities, shops, cafes and restaurants and Burnt Pine is within walking distance. Owners live on the property. There are five separate cottages Lavender, Daisy, Rose, Azalea and Gardenia Cottage each with its own balcony and carport, guaranteeing our guests complete privacy, boasting modern design and décor and very well maintained. Guests will be pleasantly surprised. The cottages are fully self contained with comfortable king size or king single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a separate fully tiled bathroom with glass showers. Each cottage has an internal laundry with automatic washing machines. Kitchens have full cooking facilities, including convection microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery etc. and leisure facilities include cable TV, MP3, DVD, direct dial telephone. Extras include Heaters, electric blankets, beach towels, picnic blanket, wine cooler, thermos, esky, picnic basket, umbrellas and BBQ facilities. Units are serviced weekly, and full quality linen is provided. The comfort of our guests is our main concern and we even offer a pillow menu!
