Cancellation Policy for Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● 31 days prior to arrival:No cancellation fee

● 30-8 days prior to arrival:25% of total accommodation

● 7-0 days prior to arrival, no shows & early departures:100% of total accommodation

Note:

Name changes are considered to be a cancellation and incur the same cancellation fees

Minimum Stay Policy:

● 5 night minimum stay applies.

Housekeeping:

● Rates do not include daily house-keeping service. If passengers wish to pre-book housekeeping (including a linen change) OR just a linen change please check with product for prices.
