Cancellation Policy:

● 46 days or more prior to arrival No Fee

● 45 to 31 days prior to arrival:50% cancellation fee

● 30 days or less prior to arrival, no shows or unused portions:100% cancellation fee

No refund or credit will be given for days not used at Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure

Date changes or amendments within 46 days may be subjected to fees

Date Change Policy: Free changes to dates apply if request is made 46 days or more prior to

arrival. If date change includes reduction in nights or changes in bure category, rate changes may

apply.

Notice of cancellation or any changes to booking dates must be received in writing by email, the

receipt of which needs to be verified in writing by Yasawa Island Resort & Spa - reservations@yasawa.com

Conditions:

● This rate is for adults only (16 years and older)

● Minimum 6 night stay required

● A FJD$2500 deposit per bure is required by the resort within 7 days of booking.

● Complimentary roundtrip domestic airfares are included for up to 2 guests per bure. Additional guests & children pay normal transfer rates.

● Baggage limitation for charter flights is 23kg per person. Extra luggage will be charged directly and the Airline reserves the right to off-load very overweight baggage for safety reasons.
