Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes, and subject to availability at time of booking, currency and flight and cruise price fluctuations. For new bookings only. Price correct as of 30 Sep 25. Price is based on cruise departure date of 10 Sept 2026. International flights are with Air Tahiti Nui via Auckland on select days of the week. Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours, accommodation in Auckland is not included in the advertised price. Not included in package price: Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts – Compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out & compulsory resort fee of 1,950XPF per room per night to be paid directly at time of check-out; Windstar – cruise taxes are subject to change at any time up until sailing date and maybe charged on-board; fuel supplement at any time and can be charged after final payment. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates, seasonal surcharges, flight and cruise price increased do apply during as availability becomes limited. November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 10 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 21 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 20 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 90 days prior to the arrival date

Cancellation Policy for Windstar Cruises

November 23, 2025 - November 23, 2035

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 120 days prior to departure: AUD50 per guest

● Between 120 and 90 days prior to departure: 15% cancellation fee

● Between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival: 35% cancellation fee

● Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee

● 29 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

● Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and applicable fees will be charged

Conditions:

● 15% deposit of gross fare is due within 3 days of booking confirmation + $110 per person

● Balance is due 90 days prior to sailing departure date

● Cruise taxes are subject to change at any time up until sailing date and maybe charged onboard

● Windstar reserves the right to reinstate fuel supplement at any time and can be charged after final payment

● Service Charges: All hotel and beverage service fees are included. If beverages are purchased a la carte there is a 18% (subject to change) gratuity added to purchases

Cancellation Policy for Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts

November 23, 2025 - November 23, 2035

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● Between 6 and 1 day prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee

● Day of arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 120 days prior to scheduled stay

● Room rates exclude compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

● Room rates exclude compulsory resort fee of 1,950XPF per room per night to be paid directly at time of check-out. This fee is for the following services & amenities:

● Wi-Fi access

● Round trip shuttle to downtown Papeete (not available on Saturday afternoon, Sundays & public holidays)

● Access to the sauna, hammam & fitness centre

● Daily cultural activities and yoga & pilates classes

● 10% spa discount on Spa treatments (not valid on duo treatments)

● 10% discount on laundry service (excluding dry-cleaning)

● New Year Eve's Dinner - is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December
