Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● Between 6 and 1 day prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee

● Day of arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 120 days prior to scheduled stay

● Room rates exclude compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

● Room rates exclude compulsory resort fee of 1,950XPF per room per night to be paid directly at time of check-out. This fee is for the following services & amenities:

● Wi-Fi access

● Round trip shuttle to downtown Papeete (not available on Saturday afternoon, Sundays & public holidays)

● Access to the sauna, hammam & fitness centre

● Daily cultural activities and yoga & pilates classes

● 10% spa discount on Spa treatments (not valid on duo treatments)

● 10% discount on laundry service (excluding dry-cleaning)

● New Year Eve's Dinner - is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 90 days prior to departure: 30% cancellation fee

● Between 89 and 60 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee

● Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee

● Less than 29 days prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

● Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and applicable fees will be charged

Conditions:

● 30% deposit of gross fare is due within 3 days of booking confirmation

● Balance is due 90 days prior to sailing departure date

● The Bora Bora Pearl Dream MANDATORY destination fee is of 160 Euros per person, payable in advance

● Special dietary requirements may be accommodated at an additional cost - vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, diabetic, no fish/no seafood, dairy free - advise at time of booking - 85 Euro per person

● Cruise taxes are subject to change at any time up until sailing date and maybe charged onboard

● Dream Yacht Charter reserves the right to reinstate fuel supplement at any time and can be charged after final payment

● Itinerary is subject to change without notice, depending on weather conditions and/or technical reasons

● Sailing times are also depending on weather conditions and wind speed

● Passengers are not allowed to bring their own beverages onboard
