Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours, accommodation in Auckland is not included in the advertised price. Not included in package price: Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts –compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel & compulsory resort fee of 1950XPF per room per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Cancellation Policy for Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts
November 12, 2025 - November 12, 2035
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
● More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
● Between 6 and 1 day prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee
● Day of arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees
Conditions:
● Rate is only valid for guests combining their stay with a cruise or sailing
● Room rates exclude compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out
● Room rates exclude compulsory resort fee of 1,950XPF per room per night to be paid directly at time of check-out. This fee is for the following services & amenities:
● Wi-Fi access
● Round trip shuttle to downtown Papeete (not available on Saturday afternoon, Sundays & public holidays)
● Access to the sauna, hammam & fitness centre
● Daily cultural activities and yoga & pilates classes
● 10% spa discount on Spa treatments (not valid on duo treatments)
● 10% discount on laundry service (excluding dry-cleaning)
● New Year Eve's Dinner - is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December
Cancellation Policy for Aranui 5

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
● More than 91 days prior to arrival: AUD210 per person fee
● Between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
● Between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival: 33% cancellation fee
● Between 44 and 31 days prior to arrival: 66% cancellation fee
● 30 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departure: 100% cancellation fees
● Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and applicable fees will be charged
Conditions:
● Aranui require a 25% deposit within 7 days of booking confirmation to hold all cruise confirmations.
● Balance is due 91 days prior to departure.
● A COMPULSORY Travel Insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation is also required.
