Up to 8 days prior to arrival: No fees apply

Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no shows: 100% fees apply

May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 15 days prior to arrival: No fees apply

Less than 14 days prior to arrival or no shows:100% fees apply

November 1, 2026 - December 18, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 8 days prior to arrival: No fees apply

Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no shows: 100% fees apply

● All reservations must be confirmed 60 days or more prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy for Le Jacques Cartier

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 365 days prior to arrival: AUD250 per guest

● Between 364 and 211 days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation fee

● Between 210 and 91 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee

● 90 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

● Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and applicable fees will be charged

Conditions:

● 25% deposit is due with 5 days of booking confirmation.

● Balance is due 90 days prior to sailing departure date.
