Terms and conditions

Prices are per family for the number of adults and children indicated. Children are 2-11 years unless otherwise specified. Prices are inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. International flights are with Air Tahiti Nui via Auckland on select days of the week. Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours. Not included in package price: Pension de la Plage – compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night paid directly to the hotel and Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea – compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

● More than 22 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● 21 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - December 18, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 8 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● 7 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

December 18, 2026 - January 3, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 22 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● 21 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

January 4, 2027 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 8 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● 7 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights required

● This price excludes compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

● Christmas Eve's Dinner is compulsory with any room booked for the 24th December

● New Year Eve's Dinner is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December

Pension de la Plage

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● 30 days or more prior to travel:No cancellation

● Between 29-4 days prior to arrival:1 night cancellation fee

● 3 days or less prior to arrival and no shows:100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Compulsory city tax of 150XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

● Mandatory early check in if arrivng before 8.00am

● Mandatory late check out if departing after 6.00pm
