● More than 31 days prior to arrival:No cancellation fee

● 30 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

January 5, 2027 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 31 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee

● 30 days or less prior to arrival: 2 nights cancellation fee

● Day or arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Minimum 3 night stay required

● Compulsory city tax of 200XPF per adult per night to be paid directly at the resort at time of check-out

Maitai Express Tahiti

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 21 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 20 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures:100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation:100% cancellation fees
