International flights are with Air Tahiti Nui via Auckland on select days of the week. Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Maitai Express Tahiti based on 90-day early bird pricing; Niu Beach Hotel Moorea based on 120-day early bird pricing till 31 March 2026. Not included in package price: Niu Beach Hotel Moorea – compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night paid directly to the hotel. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 10 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation: 100% cancellation fees

April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 21 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

● 20 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation: 100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 90 days prior to the arrival date

Cancellation Policy for Niu Beach Hotel Moorea

November 12, 2025 - November 12, 2035

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 15 days prior to arrival:    No cancellation fee

● 14 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:
This price excludes compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

This must be booked a minimum of 120 days prior to travel
