Tour Itinerary:
This full day tour takes you to Bourail where your day starts with a Tribe Welcome before helping the local women prepare the Kanak dish “Bougna”. Meet ‘Mr Coffee’and learn the different steps of the traditional transformation method from cherries to beverage before heading to the mountains and the home of the Ny to discover their story and traditions. After lunch there is time for palm frond weaving lessons before returning to Noumea.
