**Please note we are open with limited services as we continue with recovery efforts from the 2024 earthquake. Some facilities are temporarily unavailable, including the pools, gym, tennis court, and Verandah Restaurant. Dining will be available at the lobby bar.**

Child Policy:

● Children 12 years and under stay for free when sharing a parent’s room, utilising existing bedding

● Baby cots are also free

● Additional bedding charges will apply

● Kids club (3 - 12 years) is open daily from 9am to 9pm. For children under 3 years, Pikinini carers available at a cost.

Kids Eat Free –For registered guests only.

This is available for children:

● when ordering for breakfast, lunch & dinner

● when ordering in the hotel’s dine-in restaurant

● when ordering from the Kids’Menu (which must consist of at least 1 main course and 1 dessert) and

● when accompanied by at least one (1) adult who is registered as a hotel guest at the Participating Hotel and must order at least one main course from the full priced menu.
