Tropical Garden View Fare - Adults Only at Breakas Beach Resort

Set amongst the tropical garden, the garden farés incorporate traditional Pacifica design elements including thatched roof, open-air coral bathrooms and local timber shutters. Great for those looking for romance and escapism, these popular one bedroom fares embody the perfect private haven. There are 44 Tropical Garden View Fares available.

Terms and conditions

Prices are per person, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Price correct as at 20 Feb 2026. International flights are with Virgin Australia on select days of the week departing from Brisbane. Departures from Sydney & Melbourne include return domestic flights to Brisbane and may require additional night in Brisbane which is not included in the price. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. Cancellation Policy:

● 15 days or more prior to arrival:no cancellation fee

● Between 14 days and 8 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee

● Between 7 days and 4 days prior to arrival:50% cancellation fee

● 72 hours or less prior to arrival, or no show:100% cancellation fee

Early Departures:

● Minimum 48 hours notice before departure:50% cancellation of unused room nights

Conditions:

● Adults only resort - young adults 15 years and over are welcome

● Minimum 5 night stay required to receive stay 5/pay 4 special & minimum 7 night stay required to receive stay 7/ pay 5 special

● Cannot be combined with any other offers

● Maximum stay of 21 nights

● A compulsory Event Fee of 3,000 VT per person must be payed upon check-in for all bookings staying on the night of 31 December. The fee covers New Year's Eve entertainment & fireworks
