Cancellation Policy:

● Cancellation 45 days or less prior to the event will be subject to full payment of the estimated revenue

Conditions:

● Wedding Packages require a 25% deposit to confirm. (Deposits non-refundable)

● All prices are inclusive of all Government Taxes & Levies. Please note that taxes & levies are subject to change. A 10% surcharge is applicable on Vanuatu Public Holidays.

● Wedding Package is valid until 31 March 2027. Prices and inclusions are subject to change.

● Weddings cannot be booked for 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31 December or 1 January.

● Confirmation for Wedding Packages booked are conditional upon meeting the terms and conditions of Shefa Province, the local authority for registration of marriages.

● Once a ceremony date and time are booked the following is required to confirm:

● Confirmation of Wedding Booking Form

● Notice of Intended Marriage”Form

● Birth certificates and Passports for bride and groom

● Decree Nisi or death certificate for previous marriages.

● All events, equipment hire, etc are subject to availability.
