Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cancellation Policy for Breakas Beach Resort
December 3, 2025 - December 3, 2035
Cancellation Policy:
● 15 days or more prior to arrival:no cancellation fee
● Between 14 days and 8 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee
● Between 7 days and 4 days prior to arrival:50% cancellation fee
● 72 hours or less prior to arrival, or no show:100% cancellation fee
Early Departures:
● Minimum 48 hours notice before departure:50% cancellation of unused room nights
Conditions:
Vanuatu allows international travellers to marry legally, only requiring the couple to reside for three (3) full days (not including the day of application) in Vanuatu prior to the ceremony. At least six (6) weeks before the ceremony the wedding couple must provide the following in English
Required Documentation:
● Copies of valid, current passports - photo ID page
● Copies of Birth Certificates
● A completed Notice of Intent to Marry form
● Decree Absolute (Divorce papers) if either party have been married previously
● Copy of Change of Name by Deed Poll papers, if any
● Completed Witness Forms - two witnesses are required (Witness details needed include names, dates of birth, where born, parents' names, place of residence and occupation)
