Your Wedding Package Inclusions:
- Choice of location for the ceremony (beach, wedding island, private thatched bure)
- Setup of the wedding location area on the shore of the beautiful Erakor Lagoon
- Professional wedding bouquet arrangement for the bride
- Professional wedding boutonniere for the groom
- Seasonal tropical flower circle (on the ground) for the ceremony
- Live local music (string band) prior to and immediately after the ceremony
- Floral decorated signing table
- Marriage license including license fee and transfers to the registry office
- Lodging of all documentation
- Organisation for the Lord Mayor, celebrant or minister to officiate the ceremony (each subject to availability, please note weekend fee applies)
- Personalised wedding certificate presented on the day
- Witness as required
- Fresh coconut cocktail or glass of champagne for the bride and groom to toast your first moments as husband and wife
- Canapes for the bride and groom to share following the ceremony OR private and romantic moonlit beach dinner for the bridal couple

Terms and conditions
Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Conditions, amendment and cancellation fees apply. Free nights & discounts are already included in costs. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. ABN 61 087 521 355.
Cancellation Policy for Poppy's on the Lagoon
December 2, 2025 - December 2, 2035
Cancellation Policy:
● Will be advised by the resort at time of confirmation
Conditions:
● A $460 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking
● Vanuatu allows international travellers to marry legally, only requiring the couple to reside for three (3) full days (not including the day of application) in Vanuatu prior to the ceremony. At least one month before the ceremony the wedding couple must provide their co-ordinator the following in English:
● Passport
● Birth Certificates
● Decree Absolute (Divorce papers) if either party have been married previously
● Death Certificate if applicable
● A completed Notice of Intention to Marry form
● Completed Witness Forms - 2 witnesses are required (Witness details needed include names, dates of birth, where born, parents' names, place of residence and occupation)
