Prices are based on LAND ONLY, per couple, twin share, inclusive of pre-payable taxes and subject to availability at time of booking for new bookings only. Valid for sales and travel as specified. Blackout dates & seasonal surcharges do apply during peak periods as availability becomes limited. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Cancellation Policy for Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu
February 1, 2026 - February 1, 2036
Cancellation Policy:
● Within 14 days prior to arrival date or no show100% cancellation fee
Conditions:
● Must stay at the resort for a minimum of 3 nights (not included in this costing)
● Wedding application forms must be submitted three (3) weeks in advance of the wedding, and must include: Intention of Wedding Form Marriage documents Form Witness Form, witnesses must be twenty-one (21) years of age or over
Wedding Registration
● After a civil marriage is conducted, the registrations will be taken back to the Council’s Civil Status Office, to become legalized after which a Warwick Le Lagon representative will collect the marriage certificate, scan it and email for verification (of correct spelling and details) and then post by registered mail to the married couple. Allow up to three (3) weeks to receive the final certificate. An informal wedding certificate is issued to married couples as part of the wedding for ceremonial purposes only
● The Municipality of Port Vila has a service fee for couples to pay in order to receive the formal wedding certificate which is an additional 15,000VUV per print
