After time to unwind, enjoy refreshing tropical fruit and vegetables before continuing to Avi Bay Turtle Sanctuary, where you’ll learn more about sea turtles and local wildlife. The final stop is at the 83 Islands Distillery, where you’ll discover the rum-making process from sugarcane crushing to ageing, followed by a tasting at the distillery’s unique bar.
