Tour Information:

Tour departs Monday & Wednesday between 6.30am - 7am

Tour returns approximately 5.30pm

Tour Itinerary:

Enjoy a scenic drive along Efate's west coast to Emua Wharf for a 20 minute boat ride to Nguna Island. With a choice of two walks including The Volcano Walk which takes you atop one of Nguna's extinct volcanoes, Mt Marou (472m) where you will be rewarded with sweeping views across the Shepherd Islands to the north & south to Efate. Parts of this walk are steep & it takes approximately 3.5 hours on average. The Environment Walk takes about 3 hours & is a good option for families. Explore a community conservation area at Nguna's smallest village, a fascinating mixture of old forest, historic relics & community gardens. Or just take an easier Village Walk adapted to your fitness level, to explore either upland or coastal villages. Enjoy a buffet lunch by the beach before snorkelling the marine conservation area where you will see plenty of fish, hard corals and small canyons and maybe a turtle of two.
