Tour Itinerary:
Board your air-conditioned coach and enjoy an insightful journey into the history, lifestyle and unique traditions of Vanuatu. After a short walk through lush rainforest, you will be welcomed by a Melanesian warrior at Pepeyo Cultural Village, where you’ll be introduced to local life and, weather permitting, witness the ancient art of fire walking while learning about the rituals and sacrifices involved. The tour continues to the stunning Blue Lagoon, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters from wooden platforms, rope swings or natural entry points, or relax on the grassy picnic areas. Lunch is enjoyed at Le Life Restaurant, offering an eco-friendly dining experience with fresh, simple flavours and beautiful ocean views. In the afternoon, travel past historic World War II sites with a stop at the WWII Museum, visit a local primary school for a glimpse of daily life, and enjoy snorkelling at Gideon’s Landing on Survival Beach with coffee or tea provided. The return journey includes a scenic stop at Klem’s Hill Lookout for panoramic views over Mele Bay, Hideaway Island and the surrounding township, before being returned to your hotel.
