Beachfront Bungalow: The 14 Beachfront Bungalows sit on the white sands of Akitua Private Island and look out across the translucent aqua waters of the O'otu (Full Moon) Channel and Aitutaki Lagoon, including views of the main island with it's rustling palm reees. The Beachfront Bungalows also include their own private balcony overlooking the blue lagoon.

Premium Beachfront Bungalow: The 9 Premium Beachfront Bungalows are located right on the champagne sands of Sunset Beach on Akitua Private Island, with absolute beachfront views of magnificent Aitutaki Lagoon (hailed as the worlds most beautiful lagoon.) Under the cool shade of coconut palms, the Premium Beachfront Bungalows afford an uninterrupted view out towards the spectacular lagoon vista. Close to the Bungalows are hammocks strung under the palms right beside the serene lagoon, for supreme relaxation.

Deluxe Beachfront Bungalow: The 5 spacious Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows are located on absolute beachfront with a spectacular, uninterrupted view of the vast blue lagoon. Under the cool shade of coconut palms, the Deluxe Beachfront Bungalows feature a super king size bed sitting on a raised platform, affording an uniterrupted view from the bedroom across the sitting area and out towards the spectacular lagoon vista. Close to the Bungalows are hammocks strung under the palms right beside the serene lagoon, the ultimate in relaxation.

Overwater Bungalow: The 7 Overwater Bungalows are the only overwater bungalows in the Cook Islands, and feature stylish tropical decor right on the edge of one of the Earth's most breathtaking lagoons. Guests staying here enjoy some of the world's most superb lagoon views - uninterrupted panoramic vistas of stunning Aitutaki Lagoon, it's endless turquoise dotted with tiny motu (islets) floating in the distance. Steps lead down to the lagoon from the Bungalow verandah allowing guests direct access to the lagoon waters below. After swimming guests can rinse off under the outdoor shower on the lower verandah deck, right by the water. The spacious bungalow also features an open-air shower in a private walled garden. Royal Honeymoon Pool Villa ‘Te Arau’: The exclusive Royal Honeymoon Pool Villa 'Te Arau'is a secluded retreat fit for a king and his queen.  A delightful journey of just 2 minutes by private ferry from the main island takes you  to Aitutaki's luxury private pool villa, located directly on the world's most beautiful lagoon, Aitutaki Lagoon. Named in honour of the favourite wife of legendary Polynesian navigator, Chief Ru, Vilal Te Arau is designed for luxurious tropical living. H.M.S Bounty Restaurant & Bar: Named in honour of the first recorded European landing on Aitutaki by Captain Bligh and his men on the Bounty just 17 days before the infamous mutiny, our Bounty Restaurant is ideal for our Tropical Buffet Breakfasts or one of our enjoyable Theme Dinner evenings. It's also the perfect all-weather venue and offers a beautiful room for private group dinners, the largest private dining or function space on Aitutaki.
